Forms of Payment

Ordering from L.I.P.S. Hats is easy. We currently accept payments through PAYPAL  where you can pay using VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover , your paypal account or your checking account. Alternatively you can email at info@lipshats.com or call us with your phone order. 1 877 901 HATS (4287)

Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-5 days. We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and may take up to three weeks for delivery.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you want to exchange or return an item, within 14 days of receiving your order, please send us an email first at :  info@lipshats.com with your name, address and telephone number and reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. All hats must be returned to us intact and undamaged.

Note

Because are hats are dyed in small batches there may be a slight variation in the color of our straws and sometimes our braids. This is not a flaw and adds a special uniqueness to our designs.

Colors of the hats on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings
