COVID UPDATE

Our return policy lasts 7 days

 

All hats are handmade by L.I.P.S in the USA

  • Full price items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • All items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a refund 
  • All online exclusives, custom-made items, pre-order items & sale styles are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.

In the event that you decide to return an item you will be charged a $25 restocking fee. We are unable to resell any returned items at this time due to COVID 19 therefore must cover some costs when an item is returned.

AfterPay Purchases. All After Pay purchases are final sale. We do not refund AfterPay Purchases

Gift cards are non refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in perfect condition.

You are welcome to use the carrier of your choice when returning goods. Tracking is suggested so that we can locate any lost shipments. Shipping costs are non-returnable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee of $25 plus the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take 5-7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email first to lipshats@gmail.com and send your item to:
